Shipping & Delivery
Swiss Pure Air ships within 2 business day and ships via UPS, FedEX, or CanadaPost. All orders are delivered from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. You should receive your order within 3-7 business days after you place your order. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please be careful when providing shipping information. If our shipper cannot deliver your order due to incorrect shipping information and is returned and has to be reshipped due to your error, you may be charged additional charges. 

Free Shipping
If free shipping is offered, the offer only applies to Canadian addresses only excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Additional shipping charges will apply to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Please e-mail support for exact shipping charges. 

Pricing Policy
We provide a Lowest Price Guarantee and will beat any competitor’s price in Canada by 5% of the difference. Lowest Price Guarantee is valid within 14 days of purchase. 

Returns & Replacements
All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete packaged materials including all parts and installation materials included undamaged. 
Within 14 days of purchase, items may be returned under the following conditions*:

Defective products may be returned for exchange, refund or credit.
Unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange, refund or credit.
Opened or used products will be subject to a minimum restocking charge of 20%.
Physically damaged or altered products will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges are not included. Full credit for the amount purchased minus shipping charges will be issued to the same credit card as purchased with. Credit will be posted within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise although rare, may be exchanged/replaced, or returned for a credit or refund (Opened product restocking fee applies for credit/refunds),  within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges are to be paid by customer.  Please contact us via our contact form or call +1 (844) 998-0998 for a Return Authorization Number. After our 14 days policy, the manufacturer's policy will apply. 

Payment Method
Swiss Pure Air accepts online payment processed through PayPal or Stripe, offering a high degree of privacy and security. PayPal and Stripe accepts VISA and MasterCard. 

Limitation of Liability
Swiss Pure Air products are covered by the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Swiss Pure Air makes no warranties of any kind, implied or expressed concerning water purification products suitability or fitness for a particular purpose. Swiss Pure Air liability shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price or replacement if defective. All of our merchandise is guaranteed to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. Any modifications or repairs or changes shall void any and all warranties. 

Receipt of merchandise is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions expressed here. Swiss Pure Air may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
